Kestrel Ops
Kestrel Ops runs incident response where an outage is a reportable event, which changes what the software has to prove afterwards.

What we saw in Kestrel Ops.
Most incident tools are built for software teams who can move fast and explain later. Utilities, hospitals, and banks have to produce an evidence trail a regulator will accept.
Lena had been on call inside a grid operator and knew that the reporting burden, not the alerting, was the reason teams dreaded incidents.
This was one of our first fund investments and it taught us how much patience regulated sales require. Seven years on, it is one of our largest positions.
