Palewater
Palewater runs the unglamorous half of a clinical trial: scheduling, consent, and the paperwork that decides whether a site stays open.

What we saw in Palewater.
Trials do not usually fail on the science. They fail because a site cannot recruit, cannot keep coordinators, or cannot produce documentation an auditor will accept.
Ana ran three sites as a principal investigator and built the first version for her own team. When we met her, eleven other sites were already using it without any sales effort.
Health takes patience. We modelled a five-year path to meaningful revenue and Palewater beat it, which is not something we assume.
